Update about DJI Reservations

We sent this update email out to all customers reserving or potentially reserving DJI products this month.

About DJI Stock in U.S.A.

DJI products have been nearly impossible to get in the U.S. for months due to tariffs and import restrictions. Recently, DJI reached out asking for our allocation numbers. We submitted them, demand is high, and shipments are expected to begin arriving in 3–4 weeks, in multiple batches spaced about 2 weeks apart.

Because supply is limited, we are accepting reservations to guarantee customers a spot in line at fixed U.S. pricing. Reservations ship in the order received as each batch arrives.

If you placed an order through Instagram, Facebook, or the Shop App, you may not have seen the full details. Those platforms didn’t clearly display that these were pre-order reservations rather than in-stock items. We’re very sorry for any confusion—this was never our intent. We’ve since updated our listings with clearer wording to ensure the situation is properly explained moving forward.

If You've Already Reserved

  • You’ve locked in U.S. pricing with no extra tariffs or surprise fees:
    • Pro Air Unit: $263.99
    • Lite Air Unit: $119.99
  • Orders ship in the order received.
  • Each batch is shipped immediately to the next group in line.

If You Haven’t Reserved Yet

We strongly recommend reserving your O4 Air Unit now if you expect to need one later and want to lock in this price.

Buying from an authorized DJI retailer like WREKD® ensures you get authentic gear at official DJI U.S. pricing—no hidden fees or markups.

Many customers report that ordering from unofficial sources leads to paying $325–$375+ for a DJI O4 Air Unit Pro. If it ships from China, it’s very likely to incur an extra ~30% import tax when it lands.

By reserving now, you guarantee your place in line, so you won’t miss out when stock arrives.

About the DJI Ban

There is no official DJI ban in the U.S. right now, but new legislation makes the future uncertain. Under the 2025 National Defense Authorization Act, DJI could be added to the FCC’s “Covered List” by the end of this year if a required security review isn’t completed. If that happens, it would block new DJI productsfrom being approved or imported into the U.S., but current DJI products will continue to work.

For now, the main impact has been customs delays and limited supply, which is why reservations are the safest way to secure your unit at U.S. pricing.

We encourage you to read the latest news about this and take your own action to understand it, rather than listening to sources on YouTube and other various talking heads.

Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your reservation, we’ll refund you in full—no questions. Just know that if you change your mind, or choose to buy elsewhere in the U.S., you will likely face the same allocation delays and doing so does not guarantee you will receive it any sooner. In fact, it likely will only delay receiving them further. This is officially from the source.

Please follow order cancellation procedures found here:

Only contact support@wrekd.com if the cancellation procedure does not work.

Bottom Line

We’re doing everything possible to get these units into your hands quickly and at a fair price. FPV is in a strange spot right now, especially with DJI, but this is currently the fastest and safest way to secure an O4 Air Unit in the U.S.

Thanks for sticking with us through these crazy times!
