CaptainVanover (Alex Vanover) is a celebrated FPV drone pilot based in Dallas, Texas. At only 25 years of age, he holds an impressive array of titles in FPV racing. A pinnacle in his career was being crowned the 2019 DRL World Champion. Other remarkable achievements include the 2017 MultiGP Champion and the 2024 MultiGP Pro Spec WildCard Race Champion. Alex has also showcased his skills at the 2018 FAI Gwacheon World Cup and earned victories such as the 2018 Buffalo Bando Champion and the 2019 Phoenix Cup Champion.

Beyond racing, CaptainVanover has made a mark in cinematic drone piloting with credits in major films like Ambulance and Emancipation (both 2022), as well as Trilogy: New Wave (2024). His contribution to these productions illustrates his versatility and commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible with FPV drones, capturing breathtaking aerial shots that enhance storytelling.
