I bought the Tiny Hawk ll and the Tiny Hawk ll Freestyle. I have 2 other quads that I did not purchase from Wrekd. I am new to the hobby. I viewed videos and read articles on how to bind with my Pocket transmitters. I have 1 Elrs eitter and 1 2500 protocol xmitter. I have about 25 years flying RC airplanes, but I absolutely could not get any of the quads to bind. I tried every variation to get these things to bind with no luck. It was clear I was not doing something correctly. I was so frustrated my dogs didn't even like me anymore. I mentioned my failure to Joshua and asked for a couple of pointers to bind my quads. He said that he would be glad to get them bound up for me...AT NO CHARGE!!! Of course I would be more than happy to pay him. He said to box everything up and send it to him. I know this is lame and I am sure readers are rolling their eyes at me but honestly I was ready to give up the hobby before I even got started. This level of support and customer service is just not found very often In any endeavor, hobby or otherwise. They have made a serious customer out of me and I hope that others read this review.
