First let me state, that this is not a rebuke against WREKD. The mount fits the Moment iPhone 16 pro with no problem. However, my reason for buying the mount (s) I am still using the Moment “M” series lenses, which do not work with the iPhone 16 series of phones. After going out of my mind trying to get clarity on this problem, I wrote an email to Moment, a the response was no, Apple changed the focal length of the lenses on the iPhone 16 after the fact! Obviously this was done after many of the suppliers already ordered the damn product. With this already on the shelves, we schmuck consumers are the ones getting duped.
It’s a very sad day, this misinformation and not informing consumers, is a downright disgrace!
As well the Moment case for this mount get very, very hot! Not enough ventilation and I am not very happy with the overall design of the iPhone 16.
No one is going to convince me that Moment and all the other suppliers didn’t know about this situation. However, in the effort to make sales and get the crap off the shelves, they used deceptive advertising on the consumers.
Never again! Lessons learned, if you can’t go to a dealer and test the items out, don’t trust any advertising or responses from sales people! It’s all about the profits! Both, Apple and Moment should be ashamed, as well as the many suppliers who still have this product on their shelves!
